Our Executive Head Chef started at the Morrison back in February 2015. Chef Sushil Kumar brings a wealth of experience to this senior role at the Morrison. Over his many years in Ireland, he has worked in some of the finest restaurants and hotels. Before the Morrison he also worked as Head Chef at The Kilronan Castle Hotel in Roscommon, earning a coveted second AA Rosette.
