All Online Bookings must be made before 5pm prior to the day of the travel. At Dublin Airport you can purchase your ticket from any Aircoach staff member at the Dublin Aircoach departure stands at either Terminal 1, Arrivals Road, or Terminal 2, Departures Road. You may also purchase your ticket from your driver when boarding the coach using cash or contactless payment. Aircoach also offers online bookings up until 5pm on the day before departure and you can do this by visiting www.aircoach.ie.
Otherwise, you can also buy your ticket by downloading the app, create an account, select your travel and then click on ‘Buy your ticket’. You can pay with credit card as well as ‘Apple Play’ or ‘Google Pay’. Your ticket will be saved in the ticket wallet in your app and please note that you will need internet to use the app and find your tickets. If you are travelling with a group or family, please note each member of the group or family need to get his own ticket from his own account and own device or use cash or a contactless payment to buy your ticket directly to the driver. Each ticket is valid for 90 days, but some multi tickets journey are available for a year. If you would need to refund your ticket, Dublin Aircoach provides refunds for inactivated tickets only.
The Aircoach Dublin airport operates every day, 7 days a week, except on Christmas Day, there is no service. For Christmas Eve, St Stephen’s Day/ Boxing Day, any change in the service will be directly posted on the Aircoach website.
All the Aircoaches Dublin airport are fully accessible for wheelchair use and can accommodate one wheelchair user at any one time. Wheelchair users wishing to travel must contact the Aircoach Customer Service Team at least 24hrs in advance of travel. Aircoach do not accept mobility scooters on board our vehicles.
