HERE’S A LITTLE A BIT ABOUT OUR RUNNING COACH, ROB
Rob has been running for over 15 years, racing from 2010 to 2017. He has completed 3 marathons, over 30 half marathons and countless other long distance races in Ireland and abroad. In 2007 Rob qualified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, working in gyms for about 3 years before going out on his own. In 2010, Rob started his own boot camps and running classes, such as the Couch to 5k/10k programmes and since then he’s helped over 1,200 people complete their first 5k and upwards. While he still runs recreationally, Rob gets much more satisfaction teaching and helping others succeed. Hugely passionate about what he does, Rob can’t wait to bring you running and show you Dublin on the run!

Although reservations for future dates are available, the hotel is not accepting guests in the near term.
