Testimonials
"I recently was lucky to spend a wonderful evening at the Open Kitchen evening of the Morrison Hotel. It was a real multi-layerd experience: Great food, a lively and educational presentation by Ritchie about how he creates his special dishes, and a lovely convivial atmosphere. Most of all I remember the food - every morsel was excellent. Really would recommend this evening to anyone - ideal for just 2 people or for larger groups . The fun for me was also in finding out what I did not know, and in learning about new food and wines." Tim McStay - Irish Horizons
“The Open Kitchen experience at the Morrison was great fun – a nice way to try different dishes, learn about ingredients/cooking and all in the midst of good company. Very well organized, charming staff - The evening flew by! Although we attended this event as part of a small group, I know that it is also possible to book out the entire venue for a private booking. This option is very attractive.” Sue Uda - A Touch of Ireland
